WTW.nl was founded by specialists with one goal: helping the Netherlands to a healthy indoor climate. No middlemen, no subcontractors. We do it ourselves, from advice to commissioning.
Our story
Started in 2018, grown through craftsmanship.
What started as one man with a mission has grown into a team of 15+ in-house technicians. We have installed over 800 HRV systems, from terraced homes to complete hotels and commercial buildings across the Netherlands. No subcontractors, no middlemen. We do everything ourselves, from advice to commissioning.
On price
We are not the cheapest. That is a choice.
Most companies avoid that sentence. They start explaining straight away, as if an honest price is something to apologise for. We would rather just say it: you pay more with us. And you know exactly what for, before we start.
Because you always buy three things at once: the price, the quality and the service. If the price goes down, the other two come down with it. That part is never on the quote.
You notice it months later. When nobody picks up the phone. When the warranty suddenly does not apply. When there is a noise in the duct and the follow-up never comes.
The question is not why we cost more. The question is what the cheapest option left out.

My name is Moncif Hakmaoui, founder of WTW.nl. My passion is improving air quality in homes and businesses. I wanted to create a company that doesn't just sell ventilation, but also gives honest advice — even when that means we sometimes say no to a project.
At WTW.nl everything is about delivering the very best ventilation solutions. With our own team of professionals, plumbers, electricians, carpenters and concrete drillers, we do the entire process ourselves. No subcontractors, no surprises.
We've installed over 800 HRV systems and remain true to that founding idea: craftsmanship, honest advice and long-term relationships. Drop in at our showroom in Delft, the coffee is ready.

In 2026 we opened, together with our webshop WTW-winkel.nl, a new office and showroom on Dynamoweg in Delft. Customers can drop by for advice, a coffee and to see Zehnder and Renson units in person.

The team
